Kevin and Steve get runner up for "Say Goodbye" -- September 15, 2004

Kevin and Steve recently received the honor of being named runners up by the Song of the Year songwriting contest. Song of the Year is an international songwriting contest supporting VH-1’s Save the Music Foundation. The Song of the Year judges are some of the biggest names in music including many Grammy Award winners.

In their letter to Kevin and Steve, Song of the Year told us they are excited to recognize Kevin and Steve for their exceptional songwriting ability for the song “Say Goodbye.” Kevin and Steve competed against songwriters from all over the world for this honor. The same song placed as high as 90 out of 1,200 songs in a similar contest at www.garageband.com

CD goes to pressing -- July 26, 2003

We're excited to report that our first release Ladies and Gentlemen ... is on its way to pressing.

Ladies and Gentlemen ... is an 11-song collection of tunes penned, for the most part, by Steve and Kevin. Recording began in August of 2004 at Bridge Studios and was coproduced by the Fighting Brothers McCarthy and James Stevens.
